MSM College Alumni Kuwait Chapter conducted their first event “ONAM 2015” on 25th of September at Rajdhani Palace Restaurant, Khaitan- Kuwait.
On that occasion the Chief Guest, Special Guest & Maveli were welcomed on Stage with traditional way of Thalapoli & Vadya Melam.
UFM Fame Mrs. Lucia Willams was on stage for anchoring the entire event. The Event started by 10’O clock with a Prayer Song & gave tribute to the memory of late Mr. Manoj Kumar, former student & first university Cricket player of MSM College.
Welcome Speech, Presidential Speech, Chief Guest; Special Guest & Patron Speech were carried out in the function. Inauguration Ceremony was conducted by Mr. Jayanthan Kumar Ananthan Pillai (Chief Guest – Business Professional), Mr. Sreekumar Pockattu (Special Guest, AGM – NBK, Operations), Mr. Binu SD (President), Mr. Robin Bose (Patron) & Mr. Sakthy VS (Treasurer). The inaugural functions concluded with Vote of Thanks by Mrs. Nisha Ravi (Secretary).
Chief Guest & Special Guest were admired by Presenting Mementos on Stage. MSM College former Student Mr. Hari SP & Mr. Kannan Nair were facilitated by the Special Guest on stage for their academic excellence.
Thereafter Program Convener Mrs. Manju Rejikumar was admired on stage by the Chief Guest for her hard work & organizing excellence for conducting Onam 2015 program. The program conveners Mr. Jiju Thomas & Mr. Arun TV Pillai were also honored on stage to organize the first event a grand success.
MSM College Students & their family members participated in different arts programs & games conducted during the entire event. Girls on stage for a beautiful dance with Kerala’s Traditional costume, Thiruvathira conducted by women’s, vigorous Ganamela & Contemporary Dance makes the event so graceful. Onam Sadya was another attraction of this event.
A re-union of former students on stage with a marvelous back ground music which carried all of us in campus nostalgia.
One of the attractive items of this event was Raffle Draw and the winner’s prize was distributed on stage by Mr. Sreekumar Pockattu, AGM of NBK Operations. MSM College Alumni distributed Certificates, Mementos and gifts on stage to the talented art performers and game winners.
