Ban on open air work in hot summer to start from June 1st

Acting Director General of Public Authority for Manpower Abdullah Al-Mutawa announced that the authority will soon start implementing the decision to ban work from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm in open areas from June 1 to Aug 31, 2015, reports Al-Anba daily. He indicated that inspection teams will be sent to all governorates for inspection to ensure the decision is followed.

Al-Mutawa said the inspection teams will issue a warning to the firsttime violators, after which they will re-inspect the site and charge a fine of KD 100 for each worker at the site if the violation is repeated.
