Forum of CADD users – FOCUS Kuwait, an affiliated local chapter to the International AutoCAD users group (AUGI), USA, conducted the 9th Annual General Body Meeting on March 27th 2015, at the Olive Auditorium Abbasiya

Mr.Sirajudheen.P.Idelivered the welcome address. Mr. Mukesh karayilpresented the condolence resolution paying tributes to the late socio-cultural leaders and relatives of FOCUS members, departed recent past. Former General Secretary, Mr. Ratheesan presented the report on last AGM.

FOCUS General Secretary Mr.Anil KB presented the annual working report for the year 2014-’15. Treasurer Mr. Moncy K Mathew presented the Financial Report of the concluded working year .

Besides of conducting intensive CADD training programmes FOCUS is committed to serve the community extending helps and monetary measures to the unprivileged Indian Nationals in Kuwait.

Selected representatives from the sixteen units of FOCUS actively involved in the open discussions and AGM approved the working report and accounts.

The AGM elected the new office bearers of working year 2015-’16. Presiding officers Mr. Jolly Thomas and Shaju M Jose are controlled the electing process. Following are the newly elected Office bearers: Babukutty. K. Mathew (President), Mr.Sajeev Kumar (General Secretary),Mr. Nithin Kumar.P.P (Treasurer), Mr. Thampi Lukose (Vice President), Mr.Sunil Kumar.G (Joint. Secretary), Mr. Daniel Thomas(Joint. Treasurer).

Mr. Sam Pynummoodu, Mr. Murali Sivaraman Nair, Mr. K.D Joshi was elected as Advisory Board Members, Mr. Retheesh Kumar .S and Mr.Mohmmed farook. as Auditors in addition to the election of Mr.Salim Raj, the out going President as Ex-Officio to the new newly formed Executive Committee.

Different co-ordination sub-committees for registration, minutes, volunteer, food and stage under the auspicious leadership of Mr. Ratheesah Kumar, Mohammed Iqbal, Mr.Shaji Thankachan, Mr. Santhoshkumar P. Mr. Raveendran,and Sam Thomas actively and collectively functioned for the successful turnaround of the AGB meeting. Newly elected office bearers and executive committee members were introduced to the AGB, and they expressed their thanks. Elected joint secretary Daniel Thomas extended vote of thanks. A sumptuous dinner also served to all the attendees.
