ICSK Amman conducted a workshop on Monday, February 23, 2015, exclusively for the students of Class X who will be appearing for the CBSE exam to be held in March, 2015. The Principal of the school Mr. Rajesh Nair conducted the seminar on how to deal with examination pressure and gave guidelines to be followed for the forthcoming examinations.

During the 1½ hour session, many techniques to improve concentration in studies were conveyed to improve the performance of students in the forthcoming exams. A Power Point presentation on the topic was also screened. It was an effective and interesting way of communicating the techniques to the students. It, indeed, motivated the students to be more focused and serious in their studies. They also realized the importance of setting their priorities and be systematic in preparing for the examination. The Principal advised the students to be very careful with their hand writing, how it should be legible and neat and also gave the importance of health, exercise and relaxation for mind

The workshop concluded with Mrs. Sumitra Nandakumar, the Academic Supervisor, giving instructions to the students regarding the details to be filled-in in their answer booklets for the board examination and other prerequisites to be followed for the same.
