<b>Free Seminar for pregnant Indian ladies – “MAA”</b>

Indian Women In Kuwait (IWIK) is organizing an exclusive Pre and Post Natal Seminar "MAA" [ Motherhood Advice and Awareness] for the Indian women in Kuwait. This exclusive seminar for the women community will be held on Friday, 13th March 2015 from 4:30 PM at Indian Embassy Auditorium. This event is conducted to commemorate the International Women's Month.

“MAA” seminar will guide women through the various stages of their pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. It will also teach women about the importance of staying fit during pregnancy as well as what is safe and effective. We will also expose certain fitness and nutrition myths which women need to follow during and after pregnancy. In this seminar, specialists in Yoga, Counselling, and Gynaecologist will give general awareness to the ladies.

In this Seminar the Gynec part will be conducted by Dr Sarita [MD, MRCOG] and Dr Jyoti Rani H R [ MBBS, DNB(OBG)]. The counselling part will be conducted by Leena Sanal [ Masters in Applied Psychology & Clinical Psychology] and Yoga will be instructed by Jayshree Shetty [ PG in Economics, LLB, TTC in Yoga, Reiki, Pendulum & Pranik healing Therapist].

Dr Sarita has 16 years of experience and is in Kuwait since 2001. Dr Jyoti Rani H.R. is in Kuwait since 2010, worked in various hospitals - New Mowasat Hospital, British Medical Center and Alia Medical Center. At present, Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in Apollo Clinic, Mahboula Branch, Kuwait. Mrs Leena Sanal has extensive experience in her field as an educator and counsellor. Mrs Jayshree Shetty is working as Yoga Instructor for NYF Kuwait.

The Indian Women In Kuwait- IWIK, under the aegis of Indians in Kuwait (IIK) till date, has successfully organized a series of offline events such as the Rangoli Competition, X-Mas Tree Contest, Live cookery show by Tarla Dalal, Kuwait Darshan , Blood Donation Camp , ICE - In Case of Emergency and a range of other competitions and programs.

Entry to this event is FREE, however they need to register their name in the above link for the free invitation. This seminar is only for women above the age of 18 and no children are allowed.
