Friends of Kannur Expatriates Association, FOKE< Kuwait held its annual general body and elected new committee. The annual general body held at Indian Community School Amman branch on Friday, 6th February. Charity Secretary Xavier Antony welcomed the members to the annual general body meeting. FOKE President Omanakuttan presided the meet. Shymesh KK read out the annual report of the organization and Vijesh KV submitted the financial report.
The general body elected new committee for the next working year and elected Sri Jithesh MP as President and Biju Antony as General Secretary. Prashant KP is elected as Treasurer and Sabu TV as Joint treasurer. Shymesh KK (Vice President), PK Remesh ( Charity Sec), Sashikumar(Membership), Salim MN (Arts), Vijayakumar(Sports), Xavier Antony(Office Administration) are the other office bearers. FOKE Patrons N Jayashankar, GV Mohan, Ladies wing chairperson Smt Bindu Rajeev, Children’s wing Convener Shyamjoith Manoj, unit conveners etc gave felicitation speeches.
Large number of FOKE members actively participated in the general body meeting. Newly elected president Jithesh MP and General Secretary Biju Antony proposed vote of thanks. General Body meeting was controlled by Praveen Aduthila and BP Surendran.
