The first time in Kuwait, more than 120 artists are grouping up on a single stage, to present the dance drama, ‘Streeparvam’, framed on role of women in India. ‘Streeparvam’ is a call to wake up against the injustice towards women community, taking into consideration the prevailing social scenario of insecurity within the Indian society. It is an eye opener towards the challenges of consumerism and globalization which pose a serious threat on values of our nation.

Mother India is the embodiment of qualities like love, affection, patience, sacrifice, courage, and patriotism.

These qualities are reflected in the women characters that have appeared throughout the history of India. ‘Sthree Parvam’ unveils the story of such brave women characters of history portraying the power and strength embedded in women.

The debut performance of the musical dance drama will be presented at ‘Sevadashakam’, the 10th anniversary celebrations of Seva Darsan Kuwait. The event is scheduled to be held at Marina Hall, Abbassiya on 25th February, 2015 at 10 AM.
