American Society of Safety Engineers Kuwait Chapter in line with its objective of offering the professional development opportunities of upcoming engineers held a meeting with KNPC HSE NEW HIRE ENGINEERS. The meeting was held on 18/12/2014, at HSE Training Center - MAA Refinery, KNPC. The familiarization lecture was well attended by more than 20 Kuwaiti Engineers. The meeting kicked off with the welcome speech by Mr. Ujwal Ritwik , Senior Specialist HSE. The introductory speech was delivered by Mr. Hamed Jassem, Acting Manager HSE, KNPC wherein he shared his long term association with ASSE Kuwait Chapter and the key benefits of being an ASSE Member. Mr. Mohammad Riaz Shareef – President ASSE – Kuwait Chapter, in his speech briefed the ASSE Kuwait Chapter activities and its functioning in a nutshell, followed by an extensive presentation by Mr. Muath Al Ansari, Secretary , ASSE Kuwait Chapter wherein he presented all the major benefits of ASSE Membership and the Opportunities of professional development in ASSE Kuwait Chapter. The presentation was followed by question and answer session and all the participants took active participation.
