Kuwait Engineers Forum (KEF) which is the umbrella association of Keralite Engineers in Kuwait and one of the largest Engineers’ associations in Kuwait conducted a Drama festival as a part of its Silver Jubilee celebrations. The program was organized in the Kuwait Boy Scouts Association hall, Hawally on Friday 12th December 2014.

Three dramas and a number of evergreen drama songs were presented in front of a packed auditorium. The program was inaugurated by the General Convener of KEF Mr. Santhosh Kumar in the presence of the Chief Guest Mr. Chandrahasan who is a renowned film director and playwright.

The drama “ Madhyadharanyazhi” written by famous dramatist and film actor Mr. Joy Mathew and directed by KEF’s KK Shemej Kumar was presented by artists from KEF family. Mr. T K Abdu was the Associate Director for this drama.

“Bathanya” written by KEF’s Mrs. Jessy Jaison and directed by Mr. Rajagopal was also enjoyed by audience. In this drama main artists were ladies from KEF family.

Children’s drama “Bhavappakarcha” was written and directed by KEF Arts Convener Mr. Sanjay Cherian.

All directors, artists, singers and supporting crew in the Dramafest program were from KEF family.
