Advaitham Kuwait held a celebration to mark the centenary year of composition of 'Daivadasakam' on December 12, 2014 at United Indian School, Abbasiya. H.E Swami Guruprasad of Sivagiri Mutt, Kerala briefly addressed the sublime facets of Sreenarayana Philosophy during the inauguration ceremony. The distribution of Sivagiri Magazine, the mouthpiece of Sivagiri Mutt, was officially kick-started in Kuwait by Swami in the inaugural event.
The en-mass rendition of Daivadasakam that surpassed well above the scheduled 108 participants was a richly blessed event that hosted firstly after inauguration. Various programs such as Shanthi Hawan, Meditation, Gurupaurnnami: Poetry-book presentation, Daivadasakam-discourse etc were held during teh function.
The presentation of widely acclaimed poetry book of Gurupaurnnami, authored by Sri. S. Ramesan Nair on entire divine life and literary works of Sreenarayana Guru was an event that par excellence. The presenter Smt. Nisha Anoop and the reciter Smt. Bindu Ajay were masterly pegged the audience with Sreenarayana Guru through the medium of Gurupaurnnami.
People in large turnout were present all along the day long function of Daivadasakamrutham.
