Kozhikode District Association, Kuwait will celebrate its 5th Anniversary titled, ‘Kozhikode Fest-2015’ on Friday, 10thApril 2015 at Indian Central School, Abbasiya from 10 AM onwards. Reputed artists from India and Kuwait will participate in the event. A reception committee consisting of 151 persons was formed to ensure the success of the programme. Meeting held in connection with Kozhikode Fest 2015 was presided over by Mr. Haneef.C President of the Association. Mr. Shyjith.K General Secretary explained about Kozhikode Fest 2015. Kozhikode Fest is conducted with an aim of strengthening association’s pronounced charity scheme ‘Karunyam’ which is formed to help the underprivileged Kozhikode district natives to meet medical expenses for the treatment of severe diseases like heart disorders, kidney ailments, cancer, etc. The association so far helped almost 80 people through this esteemed scheme.

The releasing function of Raffle coupons for Kozhikode Fest-2015 was conducted at Kabad resort. The Kozhikode fest-2015 General Convenor Mr. Abdul Najeeb.T.K handed over the first coupon to Mr. Satheesh, representative of Faber-Castell. Association President Mr. Haneef.C presided over the function. General Secretary Mr.Shyjith.K, Patron Mr. Rajagopalan.E, Mahilavedi President Mrs. Biji Ramakrishnan...etc. spoke on the occasion. The amount gained through these coupons spends for Karunyam scheme and hence requests all the kind hearts to receive our raffle coupons and join your helping hands together with us.
