Securitymen arrested 22 individuals during a security campaign that they launched in Mubarakiya Market on Oct 22. According to a press statement issued by the Ministry of Interior, the arrested individuals included those who did not have their civil IDs and absconding housemaids. They were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal measures.

Meanwhile, a team from the General Department for Residency Affairs at Ministry of Interior arrested 63 violators of Residency Law during a security campaign that they launched recently in Fahaheel Industrial Area. According to a press statement issued by Ministry of Interior, the campaign was launched in coordination with the concerned security authorities with the aim of arresting violators of residency law and eradicating the related negative phenomenon. Some of the arrested individuals were wanted by law for their involvement in criminal cases.
