NSS-Kuwait (National Service Society) formed in Kuwait in 2001 is celebrating Onam (the Harvest Festival of Kerala) on Friday, 24th October 2014 at Carmel School Auditorium, Kheithan from 10.00 am until 5.30 pm. The celebrations will commence with a public meeting followed by variety entertainment programs. Shri Shubashis Goldar, Deputy Chief of Mission and Chief Public Information Officer of the Indian Embassy will officially inaugurate the function.

Variety entertainments programs, coupled with ancient and modern art forms, have been arranged to enthrall the audience in the day-long celebration.

A Classical Dance Program by Ms. Rajamally, the leading Classical Dancer of Kalakshethra Chennai, who has performed in many countries in Asia and Europe, will be the highlight of the show.

The other attractions of the program are Floral decoration competition, Thalappoli, Tiruvathira competition, Classical, Folk and Cinematic Dances and Musical extravaganza, in addition to the traditional ONASADHYA.
