The students of The Indian Community School proved their social commitment by rightfully setting their actions as the proof to the Gandhiyan ideology of being the change they wish to see around. They cleaned the school & premises enthusiastically with dedication and commitment .The cleaning program closely followed the initiation by Shri Narendra Modi, the Respected Prime minister of India to each and every Indian citizen ,reminding them upon the importance of maintaining a clean surrounding .

On Thursday ,2nd October 2014 , the class rooms and school premises were cleaned by the self motivated students under the guidance &supervision of the Principal Dr.V Binumon and the dedicated team of teachers of ICSK Senior. At ICSK ,students are made aware of their responsibilities and are trained to be future citizens of ethics and values .Social commitments are emphasized in the training devices for holistic development of students. True to their training and culture the students served exemplary models of service by effortlessly working together to maintain cleanliness around. A special assembly was also conducted commemorating the great leader Mahatma Gandhi. The students took up an oath to take up the responsibility of maintaining the cleanliness of the surroundings now and in the years to come. The oath was administered by the principal and solemnly repeated by the students.
