Kuwait Tamil Sangam organized "Navarathri Vizha" on 19 September, 2014 at Shamiya Theater.
The programme started off at 5:30 PM with lighting up of the Kuthu Villakku by our committee members & family. The chief guest His Excellency Shri. Sunil Jain graced the function and addressed the crowd with his kind words of wisdom. KTS President Mr. Ramadoss gave speech about celebrating "Navarathri" and introduced the Guest of honour Mrs. Desa Mangayarkarasi, a famous Tamil orator, Film director. Yaar Kannan, Singer Ardra and Anchor Vinodhani.
Honourable Ambassador and other artists were felicitated by KTS President and executive committee members. KTS committee members have generously contributed Rs.1,00,000.00 towards PRIME MINISTER'S NATIONAL RELIEF FUND and it was handed over to our Honorable Ambassador Shri. Sunil Jain.
Singer Ardra added spice to the show by singing some of the best latest and olden days Tamil movie songs. The entire program was well anchored by Mrs. Manjula Sampath and anchor Vinodhani. Magic Show was organized to make the kids happy and enjoyable evening.
KTS Gen. Secretary Mr. Pukalendran gave vote of thanks to Main sponsor Global Technology Company (GTC) and the Platinum sponsor HEGURU and thanks note to all those who had worked hard for the success of the program.
Delicious Dinner was served for KTS members at the end of the program. KTS is planning to celebrate “Children’s Day" program on 14 November, 2014.
