In connection with the centenary celebrations of Daivadasakam-composition by His Holiness Sree Narayana Guru, the Advaitham Kuwait, a prominent Indian association in Kuwait, has hosted and honored veteran Karnatic Singer and Music Director Kalaratnam Sri K.G.Jayan (Jayavijaya) at Hi-Dine Auditorium, Abbasiya on 26 September 2014.

Speaking on the occasion, the Gen. Secretary of Advaitham Kuwait has remembered the melodious Gurudeva musical-garland composed by Sri K.G.Jayan in 1989. Later, as mark of respect, a Ponnada was draped on Sri K.G.Jayan and a memento too was given away by the Gen. Secretary and Treasurer of Advaitham Kuwait jointly.

Expressing gratitude and appreciation Sri. K.G. Jayan had shared the noble experiences he had in his musical pursuit. Much to the delight of the audience of Advaitham Kuwait Sri K.G. Jayan presented spellbinding rendition of Daivadashakam and Jananeenavaratnamanjari in his mesmerizingly dignified voice.
