Mappila Kala Vedi Kuwait  office bearers visits Indian Embassy

Mappila Kala Vedi Kuwait (MKVK) office bearers met Sri. Shubashis Goldar, Deputy Chief of Mission and Chief Public Information Officer, Sri. Shiv Sagar, Second Secretary (Community Affairs & Education), and Dr. Sushil Kumar, Second Secretary (Political, Economic & Commercial) at the Indian Embassy of Kuwait on 21st August, 2014. MKVK extended the full support to Indian Embassy it their efforts to help the Indian community. The voluntary offer to perform traditional Indian Islamic art forms at the functions hosted by Indian Embassy was most appreciated. MKVK events and the activities were discussed in detail. The association officials requested Embassy to allot a common space for the community under the Embassy’s guidance to have their celebrations and events without any security issues. Embassy assured that the request is valid and will be considered positively. Mr. Habeebullah Muttichoor (President), Mr. Mohammed Rafi Kallai (General Secretary), Mr. Abdul Salam and Mr. Mohammed Rafi attended this meeting.
