Kozhikode District Association Mahilavedi inspired by the action of association “Karunyam" scheme, launched a first charity project to help financially backward students in Kozhikode District.

As a first step, Mahilavedi Joint Secretary Mrs.Leeha Shaji,on behalf of the organization, handed over an amount to the Headmaster, C.K.G Memorial Higher Secondary School Chingapuram, Koyilandy, being the cost of uniform and umbrella to the deserved students from economically backward families, in a function held on 4th July 2014 at school auditorium.

Kozhikode District Association Media & Public Relation Secretary Mr.Hassan Koya, Mahilavedi Joint Secretary Mrs.Leeha Shaji, Headmaster Mr. Suresh, Mr. Balan master were spoke on the occasion. Mahilavedi Executive members Mrs.Neena Rajagopal, Mrs.Shyna Priyesh, Mahilavedi Farwaniya area President Mrs.Thesni Haneef, Balavedi member Miss Shalabha Priyesh attended the noble function.
