Enjoy the royal treatment with a new Indian culinary adventure at the Regency Hotel, Kuwait at their newly launched Indian culinary showcase called 'Maharaja' at their Silk Road restaurant. The magnificent smorgasbord of amazing dishes from India will leave you impressed and very satisfied.

The selection of food is impressive, the service is perfect and it is clear that every small detail has been carefully thought and considered.

The finest flavors of India from the northern, coastal and southern regions of India - using the choicest ingredients will be a feast to your taste buds every Wednesday at the Silk Road restaurant. An extensive buffet that includes a plethora of home-cooked favorites many of which will be cooked live, such as homemade paratha bread served with tasty dhal; the delicious keralite crÍpe known as Appam, made with rice batter and coconut milk and fresh items cooked live on the Tikka Grill, among a variety of other delights, greets you as you enter Or you can start at the typical Indian salad bar with includes Indian specialties such as grilled Palamari Salad, Indian Tikka Salad, Shrimp and Mango Salad, Mango Pachady, Kerala Chicken Salad, etc to name a few. Craving for some Indian seafood salads? The selection here comes highly recommended!

Top up your plate with a mouth watering Indian Pani Puri from the exclusive Pani Puri counter designed in a typical Indian style, and head back to your table to enjoy the luxury start of your meal.

The culinary journey has just begun. There are over a dozen diverse main courses which make decisions difficult, choose from spicy dishes like the vindaloo curries, or the creamy korma, not forgetting popular vegetarian dishes made with potato, chickpeas or vegetables such as kalma vada, aloo jeera and channa peshawari in addition to a cornucopia of Indian desserts including the delicious creamy ice cream known as kulfi as well as the ever-popular halwa, laddu, barfi and jalebi.

Dining out at Silk Road is a luxurious experience whether it is a family outing or a business dinner or a perfect romantic gateway. The dark wood interiors combined with warm lighting and luxury seating arrangements adds to the whole opulence. If weather permits, you can indulge into the culinary journey on the terrace of Silk Road overlooking the gardens and swimming pools allowing you to partake in the superb evenings, meters from the sparkling sea.
