Renowned Kuwaiti astronomer Dr Saleh Al Ojairi has said the forthcoming winter session will be associated with torrential rainfall, and added it is a sign the season will be very good, local daily reported.
There are chances the rain will fall on Tuesday, due to law atmospheric condition, daily added quoting him. He also said many people will start feeling winter from November 26 and compelled to wear winter clothing. Weather in the January will be the coldest, and the weather in February and March will be moderate, he said.
