I'm glad to see that many readers are ready to adopt the boy (I'm sure they are reacting in a fit of emotion). In reality, I wish that they adopt such children from India, who are in abundance.

Kuwait govt. is reach and it will take care of the boy, this is not the case in India.

There are families who are praying day and night to have child. They are longing for it and they cannot have it.

Here, we have couples who have illegal affairs and leave the child in desert. What an atrocity to watch all these things in life.

I am sure the child when he / she will grow up in this world, would face a hell a lot of challenges to overcome the hurdles of our society.

I wish the actual parents are found with immediate effect and adopt the child after clearing the legal formalities.

Why do such circumstances arise which makes the parents of the child to abandon and throw away the responsibility of raising the child with life to live as a family in the society or nation?

In Kuwait, Parents are forced to abandon their child if the kid is born without their marriage. If the kid is born without their marriage, parents will be punished. Hence, they would have felt that if they abandon their kid like this, government will take care of their child.
