Dear Abbasiya,

As a lover of this game, I attended all the major tournaments since 2004, conducted by Malayalees in Kuwait, but I saw only once in my life that abbasiya team won a tournament in Kuwait, rest all tournaments were won by Team Reggai. Here are some details of the major tournaments played by all major clubs including Team Abbassiya, Team Farwaniya, Team Salmiya, Team Reggai & other teams, for your information.

1) 2005 – Tournament Conducted by Arangu KRH Stadium – Winner = Team Reggai

2) 2006 – Tournament Conducted by Arangu KRH Stadium – Winner = Team Reggai

3) 2006 – Tournament Conducted by AISES in Salmiya Comminity school – Winner = Team Reggai

4) 2007 – Tournament conducted by Kerala Sports Abbassiya – Winner = Abbasiya

5) 2007 – Tournament conducted by Kanjirapally Association in Abbasiya – Winner = Team Reggai

6) 2007 – Tournament conducted by Reggai volleyball Club in Reggai – Winner = Team Reggai

After 2007 there were no major tournaments conducted by malayalees in Kuwait, You can prove me wrong, if am wrong..

To my knowledge, After 2007, Blession George Foundation tournament is the major tournament held in abbasiya central school conduction by BG Foundation Abbassiya. Rest, you all know who won the trounament...

Mr. Rajesh is claiming reggai’s victory was because of two players from Kerala, even home team brought the Customs team captain and Kerala youth team player, then why they couldn’t win against team reggai.. Also there were no judgment against Nepal team, infact the judgment was against team reggai and they questioned that judgment and play stopped for a moment, which was witnessed by all viewers.

OK. We take the challenge of Reggaei. But one condition you must bring only your Indian players already playing with you from Kuwait. Not any outside players. We Abbassiya teams will only play with our players. Not that Abbassiya team first decided to bring players from Kerala. It is your team first decided to bring players from Kerala. After that team knew that you already bringing players from Kerala, at last moment they decided to bring players from Kerala without any planning because they had no home team players with practice to play against your team. Even there was no such a team existed before. They made a team only one week before the BGF tournament date. They had only one option to bring players from Kerala to make at least a challenge to Riggaei teame because of the totally wrong fixture. One thing the Riggaei fans must understand that Kerala sports have been playing before the invasion and they are the champions for the 90% tournaments held in Kuwait. How many times Riggaei won tournaments. Only very few. Most of the players playing in other teams were once players of Kerala sports even there are players in Riggaei team now. Now also Kerala sports can re-organize strengthen the team and beat any teams. Whoever, does not know the past can speak anything without the sufficient knowledge about the Indian volley ball tournaments in Kuwait.

First of all everyone should understand it was a match, so it is the option of the team who all should play. & the beauty of the game is competating spirit. As the commiittee instructed every team had the same opportunity to bring players for the tournament. After failing the game Everyone can say their on reason. Their will be another tournament coming soon with 1001 KWD price so I wish every team can bring players from outside & can see good matches. Be broad minded don't worry rajesh next time you can arrange a good team to defeat reggai & I wish All the best for you

It was really superb performance from the Nepal team. Reggaei never win if two players from Kerala was not there. Otherewise Nepal team must have won. Also there were several wrong judgement from the referees against Nepal team at very critical time of the matches. The nepal team is well deciplined and proved their fighting spirit. All merits of the Reggaei's win must go to no. 2 and no. 18. Otherwise Reggaei has nothing to claim.

Of course everyone must appreciate the BGF to organise such a wonderful tournament to give an opportunity for the volley ball lovers in Kuwait to watch excellent matches. The tournament broght back the nspiring memories of great volley ball players from India Blesson George, Jimmy George and Mohammed Basith. The tournament reminds the lost glory of the volley ball in the past in Kerala. All volley ball lovers in Kuwait will sure support the good intentions of the organisers and well appreciate that the tournament will be conducted in future.
