Mr. Rashikbai, I assume you travel either by bus or taxi therefore unaware of the problem faced. I just would like you to know that every time I have been to the Indian Embassy I have ended paying a Parking Fine. Luckily they do not cancel our driving licence based on parking fine violations. This is a problem not something to address to the New Ambassador. And I am sure if there was a solution to this problem it would have been resolved long ago by our earlier Ambassador who was a very dynamic and resourceful person.
