Documents to be submitted in KUWAIT OFFICE for sanction of loan:
• Application in prescribed format with 2 passport size photo
• Copy of Employment contract and with Salary Certificate
• Copy of Passport, Civil ID & Employment ID
• Local Bank statement copy (Any Kuwait Bank Account) one year
• Non-refundable fees @1% of the loan amount an equivalent KD.
• Life Insurance Policy equal to the loan as Collateral security.

Documents to be submitted to the LIC HFL Area office (i.e INDIA) for disbursement of loan.
• Power of attorney duly attested by Indian Embassy & All property documents in India

Loan Schemes: - for construction / Extension / Modification / Purchase of a House/Flat/Approved layout plot at any center in Indai where LIC HFL has a branch office.

INTEREST RATE : 10 % on Monthly rest FOR ANY AMOUNT & TERM
