My wife was taking tablets for four years non-pregnancy. Now she has stopped last one and half year the medicine. Now she has problem that her period is not regular. Sometimes two months and some time three months she gets period. Her stomach also become big and she gain lot of weights. She also got itching problems all over her body. I was in India last year, I consulted the doctor, but not sickness found. What is your advise in this regard.

Did you consult a gynecologist? If your wife is having problem conceiving, both of you need to be checked thoroughly. It is advisable for you to meet with a gynecologist.

Hi Doc,please reply to my query about conceiving twins naturally....i also would like to know probable days of conceiving this month.as my last menses was on 27/2 for 6days 30day cycle. please tell me symptoms i shd look out for on those days.

As far as we know there are no natural ways to specifically conceive twins ,however if there is a family history of twins on your mother's side you have better chances of having twins yourself. Your ovulation day will be from the 16th day from the first day of your periods if you have a regular 30 day cycle, till the 21-25 day of the cycle. You might have mild abdomen pain, low back pain ,breast tenderness .but all individuals do not have these symptoms. There are kits to detect the time of ovulation which can help you.
