would like to clarify my doubt regarding the new law of dependent visa.
My wife is pregnant and planning to get delivered here in Kuwait on April 2017 . I brought my wife & daughter in a dependent visa and later transferred wife's residence to Article 18 and she is working now and daughter is here still under my sponsor ship. My salary is 400KD ,Would we face problems to get iqama for our new born in this new situation?

ACCORDING TO NEW LAW YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO SPONSOR YOUR NEW BORN BABY. BECAUSE YOU BOTH (YOU & WIFE) ARE ARTICLE 18 VISA AND YOUR SALARY IS NOT KD450. TRY YOUR LUCK WITH MUDEER. ANYWAY YOUR BABY'S BIRTH IN APRIL...THE LAW CAN BE CHANGE IN BETWEEN!!! THIS IS KUWAIT!!!

There will be no problems as this rule is not applicable for new born in Kuwait.
