Dear Fellow Indians,
I too am a victim of Emirates Spring trap. In 2008 April I signed for a package,AND GIVE KD 100 and on arriving home I WENT THROUGH THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT IN DETAIL AND UNDERSTOOD THE TRAP. NEXT DAY I WENT TO CANCEL THE SAME, BUT THEY WERE NOT AGREEING AND THREATENED TO FILE CASE AGAINST ME. SO THEN i HAVE GIVEN A LETTER TO POSTPHONE THE TOTAL PACKAGE AND SUBMITTED TO THEM.

Now I received a court notice to attend for the case. Infact I lost kd 100, my time and now they are bargaining for my freedom. My work is affected with this case and I came to know that many others are also victim like me,
Let us all join together and fight against this with the help of Indian Embassy.If anybody know a good Advocate, please forward the details.

Harassment from Emirates continues, myself and my family attends the court regularly, they want money from us for nothing.I had launched complaints to External Affairs .If we join together we will be able to put an end to their cheating,
please suggest

Every year we have pay about Rs.15000/- approx. as maintenance. with this amount, we can plan some few days outing as we like and ofcourse not so "far away" places.Now if we stop paying this amount, we lost the membership. What can we do now??

Dear Mr James,
I am also victim of this fraud company Emirates Springs. I paid huge amount and had no choice but to take Club Mahindra membership and am continuing. It would have been much better if I had taken the membership at India. I am interested to know the status of you case and am ready to join hands with you for justice.

One lady called me yesterday (27/12/17) inviting to attend new year celebration with family. Offered free gift voucher, dinner coupon and surprise gifts for attending this event. The company name which she told me is L&T and MC (www.rci.com) and address: Sharq, Shuhada Street, Cement House Building 3rd floor. By gods grace, I could see this forum before any commitment.
