longer stay than 6 months on medical ground

Dear readers,

I have a question to ask and seek your advice on the same.

My father has travelled to india, since 3 months.Being a diabetic and suryasis patient he is taking some treatment and chances are less he can travel in the time limit of 6 months. And to take care of her my mother also has to stay back with him.

I have some information , that on medical ground the kuwait govt. allows stay out of kuwait more than 6 months doing some paper work on medical certificates in india and here.

I request to you all there, to guide me for the formalities for this in india and in kuwait. If any one has already done this their advice will be very very very helpfull
