I have put case on them and also hired a lawyer, my 3 hearing are completed in court and now the 4th hearing is in October, I wanted to know how much time does it take to get my settlement, the company is working but they say they don’t have money to pay . If I ask laywer he says wait it will be done , kindly provide you suggestions in this regards , as it already been 7 months I have lodge the case ..

1st you need to ask your lawyer, what''s the status. Make sure that you have claimed everything whatever was due otherwise court won''t consider the unclaimed item. If it''s still in the hearing mode then it might take more time. If you r getting the decision/judgment in Oct then it will take another 3 months minimum bcz the company will file the appeal and then the final judgment will come. If company is still operational, there is a very good chance that u would get your money. I m bit surprised by this long date in Oct. I don''t know why your lawyer accepted it. Good luck.

@X, Shoon? Doesn''t make any difference. Visa type? Doesn''t make any difference. What matters is what are the dues. How did u arrive at 2000+ cap? How did u calculate 80%? Which law?? It depends upon the dues, not upon the amount. If everything is claimed properly then court will order to pay till the single fils not some random % Plz avoid replying if u don''t know.
