dear iik viewers,
in 2016 i was came in kuwait on khadim driver visa and left kuwait in 2017 without any problem. now again i came kuwait on 6 april 2024 on 18 no. driver visa. then me and my company''''s other employee just formal friend we both have given biomatric together on same date 8 april 2024, we both bringed by mandoop to finger office ahmadi. another person is came first time in kuwait, but his finger report updated on 14 may and also his iqama is placed or issued, i ask to mandoop for my iqama then he says that your finger report yet not come, so we can''''''''t not place your iqama without fingerprint notification letter wait for more. what is actual problem any one guide what to do.

i had my paperwork ready to apply for a new family visa for my wife. however, for approving the family visa, the missref shoon is asking for the qualification details on my work permit, which are missing on the new work permit. even though all other criteria are met (i showed them my employee id in the kuwait mobile id app, which mentions my qualification and job), they still require the qualification to appear on the work permit.
the criteria for acceptance are as follows:
1) marriage certificate (attested and stamped by mofa and moj) with translations
2) degree certificate (attested and stamped by mofa and moj) with translations
3) salary is 800 kd
kindly, reply if anyone has gone through a similar situation and knows the solution.

a few questions regarding civil id address change
1 ) can it be done in ahmadi paci office
2) can we go without meta appointment , since no appointments available
3) contract with stamp is compulsory since my haris does not have it .
4) is it compulsory to print new civil id or we can do it next renewal

i had my paper ready for applying new family visa for my wife and child. it is informed to me that , temporary family visa is stopped in ahmadi governate and for approving family visa, ahmadi shoon asking for designation and qualification on work permit which is missing in new work permit. even though all criteria are met.
criteria for acceptance were .. marriage certificate /degree certificate & child birth certificate with attestation and translations and salary above 800 kd.
kindly, reply if any one has gone through such situation and what the solution for designation and qualification to appear on latest work permit after printed after march 2024.

im working in a clinic for 5 years and its my first company.
now they only allow me to transfer to moh not to any other private clinics.
is there any law saying that the owner can restrict the transfer of my visa & noc for the nursing license. now im afraid to ask for release because of this. also my salary is less.
- how i take release from my frist clinic.
- what are the benifits i will get after release.
- wheather the doctor give me release for license if not what i will do next.
- what will be the notice period as per kuwait labour law.

required items:
1. wasika document
2. original contract
3. photo of paci number outside door
4. last 2 rent receipts
5. civil ids of sponsor and dependents
6. paspport of sponsor
7. if photo in civil id is too old, then a photo that matches passport photo
step 1: take above items to qpoint typing center (salmiya 10/12). they will type individual forms for sponsor and dependants.
step 2: take appointment from meta: https://metaprodapp.azurewebsites.net/en/account/login?returnurl=%2fen%2fhome%2findex
step 3: take print out of appointment and keep with you. (required!)
[i took my appointment at liberation tower at 12pm and crowd was minimal. park in souk behind liberation twr, walk around to front (main road signal). second floor, straight in front as you come off the escalator.]
step 4: security will check mainly wasika and other papers and give token.
step 5: at the counter, she will again check details of wasiki in the system and put forms in paci envelops. address will be changed immediately in mobileid and she may or may not tell you to upload new photo.
step 6: after around 3 hours, go to paci site and check civil id status and pay kd5 for sponsor and kd 0.250 for sponsor and dependents (this is paci envelop charge).
step 7: if photo upload is required, go to paci website, e-services > "non-kuwaiti photo update": https://services.paci.gov.kw/cr/non-kuwaiti/photo?lang=en . you need to upload your passport scan and a photo scan that closely matches the photo in the passport. if you are not able to get sms confirmation, it is because your sim is a corporate line and paci is not able to deduct 0.500 fils from it. enter any personal sim number. once done, it will take around 3 working days for your civil id to be ready for pickup.

today i went to get a family visa and not issued due to my visa expires within 3 days. the manager accepted but the officer refused.
very few people came to apply for visit visa and family join visa.
always keep the original document with you. they may ask for verification.

respected school principal and moe staffs,
the summer is getting hotter and children''s are going to the school and waiting in the sun for the bus.
can we think to close the school in may 31st itself atleast from next year. we can reduce the annual year break to 1 week instead of 20days and we can close the school early by may end. this will save the small kids and all the school kids.

as they published yesterday that all those expats whose buildings is demolished need to change thr address in 30 days otherwise fine of 100 kd.
we are under grace period of 3 month notice from building owner as our building is going to demolish now our concern is that our building is still under paci system registered or cancelled.
can someone advice how to check this information as now this is something new chase for all the expats to check and confirm.

our doubt is, why passport copies are needed to make agreement for flat.
