Indian Muslim Association (IMA) Kuwait conducts Blood Donation Camp at Adan

In response to Kuwait Central Blood Bank’s urgent call of facing a critical shortage of blood, Indian Muslim Association (IMA) Kuwait took swift action, organizing a Blood Donation Camp on Friday, April 12 2024 at Adan Blood Donation Center. Despite the short notice, Camp garnered a remarkable turnout as donors generously contributed to the cause.

Mr. Abdul Mohsin Al Lahu, Manager of the Community Section at the Social Reform Society Kuwait, graced the event as a special guest and expressed gratitude towards IMA for their proactive initiative.

Donors were recognized and appreciated with Certificates for their invaluable contributions. Adan Blood Bank Staff were also acknowledged for their exceptional dedication to the community with Certificates of Appreciation.

Dr Asmaa Raafat, Head of Mobile Blood Donation Unit at Central Blood Bank extended congratulations and heartfelt thanks to IMA for their swift response and unwavering support, which ensured the successful execution of the event.

IMA expressed heartfelt appreciation to all volunteers who selflessly dedicated their time and efforts to organize the event, foregoing their Eid celebrations and activities in the spirit of service to humanity.

Event stands as a testament to the Community's Unity & Commitment to supporting critical causes.

IMA Kuwait, an Indian socio-religious organization, serves the community residing in Kuwait under the patronage of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Kuwait. It focuses on providing a platform for the spiritual and social enhancement of expatriates living in Kuwait through various programs and social gatherings. It looks forward to organizing more beneficial programs in the future, catering to the needs of the expatriate community, especially the Indian diaspora.
