Dear Indians,

am trying to upload photo on PACI site as per their requirement, but after receiving the OTP the photo upload option is keep buffering on PACI site so unable to complete the request. So i tried Sahel App, there am able to load the documents but after submit button nothing is showing and coming back to same screeen.
If anyone recently this month updated the photo for civild id then kindly share how to do it and which platform.

just goto paci headoffice in zahra near mishref. outside many typing centers. give them 3 kd. they will apply and photo will be update. tired and tested.
i also tried myself without success many times.

I updated it yesterday. OTP came late. Other than that no issues.

I too am trying to update the photograph using the online service. Is it a must to get a letter from the Indian Embassy if the passport photograph is different than the one to be used in the new civil id? kindly advice. thanks

Reduce the photo pixel and try.
